The Deutschlandticket is hugely popular, but unfortunately, scammers are exploiting its success. Fake websites offering invalid tickets can lead to legal consequences and unnecessary inconveniences. Here’s how you can protect yourself.

Each metronom has more than 600 comfortable seats with generous legroom. Particularly popular are the 4 seats with a large table on the first floor. The trains are quiet, air-suspended and pleasantly air-conditioned in all seasons.

EASY & IN TIME

Buy a valid ticket and start your journey. For the metronom, all tickets of the HVV, GVH, VBN, VSN and Niedersachsentarif apply. At every station you will find at least one yellow ticket machine – fast and easy to get to your ticket.

HELPFUL & FRIENDLY

At least two friendly attendants on each train. Also a competent customer center. So, you get help and advice at any time.
